These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between baji1 ("we", "our", "platform") and each individual who uses the site ("user", "you").

Providing false information about age will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all related deposits and winnings.

4.1 Confidentiality of Login Details

4.2 Unauthorized Access

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be met.

6.3 VIP Program

The baji1 VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits range from 0.2% to 1.0% depending on the tier. VIP membership is determined based on regular activity and betting volume.

7.1 Validity of Bets

All bets must be placed through the baji1 platform. Once a bet is confirmed it generally cannot be changed or cancelled, though exceptions may apply in the case of a technical error.

7.2 Technical Issues

If a technical error, server disruption or software fault causes an incorrect result to be displayed, baji1 reserves the right to void that result and make the appropriate correction. In such situations we will resolve the matter promptly and notify affected users.

7.3 Game Results

All game results are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). We rely on independent technology audits to ensure fair play.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the baji1 platform:

1. Fraud, deception or gaining an advantage by any dishonest means.
2. Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds.
3. Abusing bonuses by creating multiple accounts.
4. Using bots, automated software or any other unfair technical tools.
5. Sharing account or payment details with other users.
6. Assisting others to register by providing false information.
7. Identifying platform vulnerabilities and attempting to exploit them for personal gain.
8. Conducting transactions using third-party financial accounts.

If any of the above activities are found, the relevant account will be permanently closed and all funds will be forfeited.

11.1 Our Rights

baji1 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of these Terms.
• False or incomplete registration information.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.

11.2 Voluntary Closure by the User
